Pilot privacy notice.

What we collect

• Your stable signed-in account identifier, email address, and display name supplied through Sign in with ChatGPT.
• Shared-address demo reservations, selected launch domain and plan, and timestamps.
• Historical custom-domain interest records, if any, retained after that feature was retired.
• Support requests you submit. Do not include passwords, payment details, recovery codes, or private email contents.
• Basic security and operational information processed by the hosting platform to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use this data to operate your sandbox account, prevent duplicate or abusive reservations, understand pilot demand, respond to requests, and plan a managed-email service. We do not sell this information or use it to create advertising profiles.

Contact permission

Custom-domain requests are no longer accepted. Submitting a support request permits the site owners to respond about that request, but does not enroll you in general marketing.

Storage, providers, and mailbox content

The site uses OpenAI Sites authentication and hosting with a Cloudflare D1 database. Those infrastructure providers process data to run the site. SkibidiMail does not have a connected email provider in Phase 1 and never stores or displays inbox messages here.

Retention and your choices

Demo reservations expire for availability purposes after 24 hours but remain visible as sandbox history. Waitlist and support records are retained during the pilot so the owners can manage requests and protect the service. You may ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete your pilot data by submitting a Privacy or data request. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute, or legal obligations.

Children and changes

The pilot is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13. This notice may change as providers, payments, or working mailboxes are added; the effective date above will change when it does.
